Puma Models™ reserves the right to alter, modify or update these Terms of Use at any time.

Returns
PumaModels.com offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days from the time of customer receipt of the item. Within that time, re-sellable items may be returned for any reason. Re-sellable items must be in a like-new state, with all parts present, attached to sprues and frets, in an original condition box.

Customers returning re-sellable items will be offered a credit for future purchases, less shipping and handling, to be used at PumaModels.com. Email sales@PumaModels.com with any questions about arrangements.

Order Cancellations
At the customerís request, orders will be cancelled and refunds will be made for orders that have not yet begun the fulfillment process. Allow 2-3 weeks for a credit to appear on a credit card, or a check to be issued. However, if an order has already been processed, refunds will be made according to our returns policy above.

Backorders
Although every effort is taken to ensure the exactness of stock status at PumaModels.com we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy of such information. Should an item be on backorder, the interested customer will be notified and offered the option to either wait for the item to be stocked, accept a credit for the amount of the backordered item to be used at PumaModels.com, or accept a complete refund. If the customer chooses to wait for the item(s), other items which may have been ordered with the out-of-stock item(s) will be shipped if the customer so chooses, and then the backordered item(s) will be shipped at a later date for no additional shipping and handling charge.

Forms of Payment
Acceptable forms of payment at PumaModels.com include: MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®, Discover® card, or Puma Models™ Gift Certificates.

All orders placed by credit card without a valid email address will be assumed fraudulent and refunded immediately.

All prices listed on PumaModels.com are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Handling
All items ordered from PumaModels.com are shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. Shipping is carried out by Airmail.

Shipping charges at PumaModels.com are calculated based on item weight in grams. No handling charge is levied on any order placed.

Gift Certificates and Coupons
Puma Models™ gift certificates and coupons must be redeemed through our web site, www.PumaModels.com.

Gift certificates can not be used to purchase gift certificates. Promotion codes, coupons, and free shipping offers do not apply to the purchase of gift certificates. Gift certificates are non-transferable. Neither gift certificates nor coupons are redeemable for cash, and can not be returned for a cash refund. Gift certificates and coupons are valid only at time of purchase, and can not be applied to an order after it has already been placed.

Unused gift certificate balances will be held in the recipientís account for use on a later purchase. If the order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid through some other acceptable method listed above.

Paper gift certificates will be mailed on request upon receipt of payment. Gift certificates may be mailed separately from other merchandise in the same order. Email gift certificate recipients will be notified within 3 days of payment receipt.

Puma Models™ reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.

Affiliate Sites
PumaModels.com currently offers no affiliate program. All links to our site are voluntary, and no compensation will be offered for any sales generated from such links.

Your personal information is confidential. When you place an order with PumaModels.com we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit card information and email address. This information is used to fulfill your order and communicate with you about the order. The information we collect is for internal purposes only.
